Soul Coaching is a personalised support programme that helps you to transform your life and take you on a journey into true self-empowerment and deeper connection to your own intuitive intelligence.

These one-on-one coaching sessions combine mindful practices, intuitive guidance and heart opening embodiment processes with an holistic and practical approach, to help you navigate through the transition into a new way of life.

Your personal Soul Coaching journey includes:

 

  • A powerful intention setting process that creates the foundation for our work together including a timeframe, goals and the first steps to take
  • 60 minute monthly transformative coaching sessions which focus on the key points that are arising for you each month
  • Focus steps to take each month that will move you towards your goal with perfect alignment to the timeframe we are working with
  • Energetic support to heal or clear blocks to abundance that are preventing you from aligning to your purpose
  • Unlimited email support throughout the month to assist you to keep moving forwards
  • The investment for each session is $180.  This includes a 1 hour session, focus notes for the month ahead, a recording of the session & on-going email support
